Our story
VendLabs was founded in 2023 by a team of tech enthusiasts and retail innovators who saw an opportunity to turn the traditional vending machine into something extraordinary.
It started with a simple question: why can't vending machines offer personalised products? That led us to develop our own AI-powered vending technology that prints custom phone cases on demand, in minutes.
After two years of research and development we launched in Perth, Western Australia. Today we have 10 machines across the city — and anyone in Australia can design and order a case online — with plans to expand nationally and beyond.
